Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software, associated configuration files, simulation profiles, models, and documentation (the "Software"), to use the Software solely for the following purposes:
Education and academic instruction
Research and non-commercial experimentation
Technical training, workshops, and demonstrations
Non-production prototyping under controlled conditions
This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
2. Prohibited Uses
The Software may NOT be used, directly or indirectly, for:

Use in safety-critical systems including but not limited to: automotive, medical, aerospace, military, or energy infrastructure
Certification, regulatory compliance, or safety validation purposes

Human verification and independent validation are REQUIRED for any real-world application.
6. Responsibility of the User
The user assumes full responsibility for:
Verifying correctness, suitability, and safety
Ensuring lawful and ethical use
Preventing misuse or unauthorized deployment
Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
7. Attribution Requirement
Any academic publication, presentation, or educational material that uses the Software must provide proper attribution to:

8. Termination
This license is automatically terminated if the user violates any term of this agreement. Upon termination, all copies of the Software must be destroyed.
9. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Commercial Licensing
Commercial, industrial, or production use requires a separate written commercial license agreement with the author. For commercial licensing inquiries, please contact the author directly.
